Fourth coordination meeting and seminar participants and project partners   CERES ?centers of excellence knowlwdge for young scientists"

From 12 to 14 October 2015 in the National Transport University (m. Kyiv) hosted the fourth coordination meeting and workshop participants and project partners CERES, which is funded by the European Commission.


Recall that this project covers a number of domestic and Belarusian universities as well as partners from the European Union act Zilina University (. Zilina, Slovakia), University of Paderborn (m. Paderborn, Germany) and University of Technology Brno (m. Brno, Czech Republic). On the part of our country, with the active assistance of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the project actively involved the university has (m. Kyiv), National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhya National Technical University, Research and Production Company Hail (m. Kirovograd). Belarusian partners represented by the following universities and research institutes, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics (. Minsk), Gomel State University. Skaryna, Brest State Technical University, the Joint Institute of Informatics Problems of NAS of Belarus.


At a meeting in Kiev National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine represented Ph.D., Assistant of the Department of Economic Cybernetics Anna Trofimenko, PhD, Associate Professor of the department of electrometallurgy Oleksandr Zhadanos and Senior Manager of the International Cooperation Irina Sorokina.
As part of the project for the dissemination of knowledge in universities, strengthening cooperation between young scientists from universities and industry, planned creation of Centers of leading experience for young scientists in universities Ukraine and Belarus.

At the meeting organized in the workshops, participants shared their experience in establishing such centers, areas of activity and development strategy. Representatives of the Academy reported on our own experience of the Center for Young Scientists, which already operates in direct NMetAU and directs its efforts to coordinate cooperation between young scientists and researchers academy of leading metallurgical enterprises. Report by Anna Trofimenko, which actually manages the work of the Centre in our Academy, aroused great interest among colleagues, which caused a lot of questions and useful tips on the development of the Centre.


During the 3-rich days of the meeting, participants learned not only from the results of the project CERES in university partner and had the opportunity to listen to interesting reports of project representatives FKTBUM - «Promoting the knowledge triangle in Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova", which - formation Knowledge System at Universities leaders of modern approaches to organization and management knowledge triangle.


As a result of discussions on the draft CERES outlined a plan of further actions of the project, namely the agreed establishment in each university virtual Internet portal to disseminate the results of scientific work of young scientists and suggested scientific conferences, seminars in interactive mode, which will contribute to the core objective of the project - closer cooperation between young scientists in international space cooperation and development of young professionals enterprises.


We believe that such meetings through projects supported by the European Union, is an effective platform for networking and partnerships between scientists from different countries.
