In honor of International Project Manager Day – publication of a monograph
In observance of International Project Manager Day on November 5, D.O. Bulavin, a postgraduate student at the department, co-authored a monograph titled "Integration Management in Innovative Enterprise Development Projects" together with his academic supervisors, Prof. V.O. Petrenko and Assoc. Prof. T.A. Fonarova.
Methods and models of forming an integrated information environment of an enterprise to increase the efficiency of implementing its innovative projects of creating new products are studied. Management of integration of an innovative project is defined as a set of processes that ensure coordination, consistency and integrity of the project at all stages of its life cycle. Integration covers the coordination of changes in all parameters - terms, cost, quality, resources, communications. Integration management is a central function that connects all areas of knowledge of project management.
