In June 2026, the head of the department, Vitaliy Oleksandrovych Petrenko, was invited to the Academic Council of the Research Institute of Intellectual Property of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine in connection with the 25th anniversary of the institute's founding. The participants of the meeting sincerely congratulated the staff of the Research Institute of Intellectual Property of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine on the anniversary date, with the successful combination of classical scientific traditions with the challenges of the digital age. The Research Institute of Intellectual Property is the only specialized state institution that carries out scientific and applied research in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine and the practical implementation of their results.
