In a monograph were placed the articles, devoted to the problem of deep reformation of high school which Ukraine inherited from USSR. An author sees the purpose of innovative reform in the system of the proper to the culture complex measures related to comprehensive development of personality of student.The necessityis groundedand the ways of the use during reform of high school of positions of pedagogical anthropology were shown. The given produced original methods and technology of pedagogical influence on the personality of student, which induce him to the own self-mading.
