International Conference QForm Forum 2017 in Berlin (Germany)
A conference, named by one of the three most common in the world program for modeling the processes of metal forming, QForm Forum 2017, took place from 27 to 29 November this year in Berlin. The forum gathered 55 participants from 9 countries. Representatives of our academy and our department - teachers and students who are now practicing in Germany within the framework of the project "Praxispartnerschaft Metallurgie 2015 ... 2018" - took part in this outstanding event. This became possible due to the financial support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the assistance of Micas Simulations Limited and personally of Nikolai Biba, thanks to which the teachers, students and postgraduate students of the Metal Forming Department named by acad. O.P.Chekmaryov NMetAU got the opportunity to use the QFORM program. We are so proud our best students demonstrate a high professional and personal level, which allows to show interesting results and making reports at such forums.
