He graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute with a degree in Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metal Casting (1980), the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy with a degree in Law (1998), and Dnipropetrovsk National University with a degree in Psychology (2005).
Defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.04 - Economics and Enterprise Management (by types of economic activity), thesis topic "Integral assessment of management personnel for personnel decisions at industrial enterprises" (2009).
He has been working at the Department of Management and Administration since 2001.
Author of more than 50 scientific and educational works, including a textbook approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
