Training of specialists who, based on scientific principles, are able to analyze, develop, optimize and use modern and promising technologies of metallurgical production with an emphasis on the processes of foundry production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, as well as from non-metallic materials, ensuring sustainable development and resource and energy conservation in metallurgical production.

Educational and professional program; focused on modern scientific and scientific-practical research in the foundry of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys; design of modern technological casting equipment and workshops; development of innovative technologies that provide resource and energy conservation and guarantee environmental protection.

The peculiarities of the educational and professional program are in its focus on obtaining in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in specialty 136 Metallurgy in accordance with the specialization "Dental, precision and non-metallic castings", which is ensured by studying the disciplines of the student's free choice.
