Education Quality

In order to ensure the effective implementation of the Metallurgy educational and professional program (OPP) and improve the quality of the educational process and achieve the maximum possible learning outcomes under the named program, the faculty and the department are constantly monitoring the key aspects of the provision of educational services. Monitoring is carried out by surveying all stakeholders: students of higher education and graduates, scientific and pedagogical workers, as well as employers, which allows the group to ensure the quality of the educational program not only to have feedback for further improvement of the OPP, but also to develop measures to improve the forms and content educational process at the department and improving interaction with employers in the region.

The monitoring results are constantly discussed at department meetings and meetings of the quality assurance group of the Metallurgical Research Institute and are translated into specific actions aimed at improving the quality of education (taking into account the comments of students and teachers, taking into account the wishes of employers regarding the content and quality of education, reviewing the content and sequence of teaching educational components of the Research Institute, etc. ).

The results of monitoring educational services, feedback from students and graduates of the faculty, as well as key aspects of interaction with the main employers of Nikopol and the region are constantly covered and discussed in scientific periodicals and at international conferences on education (view).
