World University Sports Day!
September 20 is the worldwide day of student sports! At one time, a sports festival is held in all cities of the world, a massive flash mob is held, the best universities and the best students are awarded.
In the Dnieper, the festival was traditionally held on the square in front of the Palace of Students in the Park named after T.G.
Shevchenko. Students of our academy took an active part in it. An excellent flash mob for squatting up from the squat ended with competitions in push-ups from boys and girls. For the second year in a row, the champion of the city among students became a student of the group MN-17 Sasha Gavrilyuk!
And in the city of Poltava, at the sports base of the Poltava Technical University, an All-Ukrainian student festival was held, where the winners and prize-winners of the Universiade 2018-2019 were awarded.
It’s nice to note the excellent performance of student athletes of the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, who took the final III place in the All-Ukrainian classification of the 14th Summer Universiade of Ukraine with the award of the Certificate of Honor and the Cup!
