Fedorinchik Victor M. and Alexander A. Gusev (cyclone smelting and secondary metallurgy)
Sokolovskaya Inna Beniaminovna (increased activity of carbonaceous materials)
Zaslavsky Yuri (production of steels alloyed with nitrogen).
