Brief background
Volodymyr Dragobetskii graduated from Kharkiv Aviation Institute in 1976 and qualified as an Engineer – Mechanic in Flying Vehicles Manufacturing, Kharkiv, Ukraine. He received the degree of Cand. Sc. (Tech.) from Kharkiv Aviation Institute in 1984, and the degree of Doctor (Tech. Sc.) from Kremenchuk Polytechnical Institute in 2003, both in Mechanical Working.
His research interests are in the area of modeling and analysis of technological processes of manufacturing multilayer metal items with the help of impulse working. Presently, he is a Chairperson of the Manufacturing Engineering Department in KremenchukNationalUniversity.
The dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of engineering science in the speciality 05.03.05 – Processes and Mactines of Plastic Working – East-Ukraine Vladimir Dal National University, University, Luhansk, 2003 – Development of scientific principles for impulse working technology for articles made of multilayer composites.
