CHERKASOV L.M.

Cherkasov Lev Mihaylovich (1.08.1907 - 5.08.1973) - oustanding pedagogue and well-known scientist-founder - has created and many years supervised over scientific school on perfection of theory and technology of manufacture of replaceablesteelpouringequipment. Since 1945 on 1954 managed a research department of Dnepropetrovsk metallurgical institute (DMetI), prepared 15 Candidates of technical sciences. He is author of more than 150 scientific works.
