In a textbook was shown the problems of modern social responsibility of the government, business, organizations of civil society and citizens in the conditions of European integration of Ukraine. In different themes of textbook was definite the contents of social responsibility as a factor of stability development and specific of social responsibility of human and citizen, government, business and society. Attention was accented on the basic theoretical position to determination of essence of category of "social responsibility", characteristics of subjects, objects and components of social responsibility, contents of conception of development stability and her realization on principles of social responsibility, and also theoretical and practical aspects of social partnership. A concept and contents of social responsibility of human, the essence and significance of social responsibility of civil society, principles, instruments and directions of government policy into process of forming a space of co-operation of human, government, business and society are considered.
 For students, graduate students, teachers, scientists, businessmen, civil servants, and all, who have interest at modern problems of social responsibility and social partnership.
